Séismes, le Parlement en faveur d’une assurance nationale

Pendant plus de vingt ans, la Berne fédérale refusait le principe d’une assurance contre les dégâts des tremblements de terre. Le Conseil national vient d’accepter d’entrer en matière. En Valais, où le risque sismique est élevé, la décision était espérée.
