Une initiative boomerang

L'initiative sur les résidences secondaires n'atteindra aucun de ses buts. Pire, elle provoquera ce qu'elle prétend éviter. Dès que le blocage se mettra en place dans les communes qui ont dépassé la limite fixée par l'initiative, la vague immobilière se déplacera vers les communes pas encore concernées. Le bétonnage reprendra de plus belle et les prix monteront en flèche. Deuxième effet pervers : les résidences secondaires s'arracheront dans les endroits touchés par le blocage, avec là aussi une explosion des prix. Au final, ce sont les habitants de ces régions qui perdront sur tous les tableaux. Un NON s'impose.
