Cela fait trente-cinq ans que je viens trois, quatre à cinq fois par an à Grimentz. J'y ai amené ma famille, des amis, qui viennent et reviennent. Des milliers de nuitées depuis trente-cinq ans.
Ce que j'ai vu au JT de la Suisse romande, relayé par TV5 monde, m'afflige: le projet d'un hôtel 5-Etoiles, design, qui va défigurer Grimentz. Ediles politiques et touristiques de Grimentz et Anniviers, êtes-vous devenus fous, avides d'argent? Cet hôtel défigure d'abord totalement le site. Ensuite, vous ne remplirez jamais cet hôtel. Il n'y a pas de public cible pour une telle infrastructure à Grimentz! Il faut être à côté de ses pompes pour croire le contraire! Sortez de votre vallée pour voir l'évolution du tourisme en valais! Les hôtels se ferment à Grimentz (déjà deux, voire trois en quelques années...) comme dans la plupart des stations valaisannes, les uns après les autres. C'est un projet alternatif qu'il faut à Grimentz, comme le projet des bains, complémentaire au ski et aux balades.
Grimentz est une station familiale, pas une station snob et mondaine. (...)
Si Grimentz prend ce chemin, il nous perdra. Et il perdra tous les Belges, amoureux de l'authenticité si parfaite jusqu'à ce jour à Grimentz!
