Laisser le contrôle aux cantons et aux communes

Il faut reconnaître que le développement de certaines zones de montagne ne respire pas l’harmonie. Mais il y a des dizaines d’endroits qui parviennent parfaitement à conjuguer le développement touristique, la préservation du paysage et des conditions de vie des habitants. La fixation arbitraire d’un quota de résidences secondaires prévue par l’initiative de Franz Weber ne changera rien à ces différences de conception. C’est aux cantons et aux communes concernées de prendre leurs responsabilités et de gérer au mieux leur patrimoine. Un transfert des commandes aux autorités fédérales ne résoudra rien, bien au contraire.
