Initiative Weber: voyage vers l’inconnu

Que se passera-t-il pour les propriétaires de résidences secondaires dans les communes qui ont dépassé la limite fixée par l’initiative Weber ? Faudra-t-il transformer arbitrairement des logements secondaires en logements principaux ? Est-ce que des héritiers auront le droit d’occuper une résidence secondaire ? On pourrait multiplier les questions délicates auxquelles l’initiative Weber ne répond pas. Même si le problème est réel, il n’est pas question d’accepter un texte extrémiste, qui crée autant d’incertitudes pour les propriétaires et pour les régions concernées. L’aménagement du territoire doit rester de la compétence des cantons et des communes, proches des réalités locales.
