Une belle soirée d’information, des belles paroles, des promesses futiles, un beau papillon! Tout ça pour parler de la fusion de Salins et Sion. Pour ma part je ne crois pas que cette fusion soit à notre avantage mais que l’on va tout perdre.
Je pense que pour fusionner il faut que l’on soit sur la même longueur d’onde, or nous avons une dette importante, nous avons des infrastructures complètement défectueuses. Nous partons avec un désavantage certain et Sion saura en profiter. Cette réflexion dit tout! On ne vous a rien demandé, c’est vous qui êtes venus frapper à la porte (dixit le président de Sion)! On va nous imposer des conditions inacceptables que nous ne pourrons refuser. Il est clair que Sion va tirer tout ce qui peut lui profiter, mais pour le reste on sera les derniers servis. D’ailleurs qu’est-ce qui les intéresse? C’est des terrains à construire, cela a été mentionné dans «Le Nouvelliste» il y a quelques mois, cela a été dit à la soirée d’information et c’est ce qui domine dans le dépliant. Et il est clair que la proximité de la piste de l’Ours ne laisse pas Sion indifférent. D’ailleurs quand j’ai exprimé au président de Salins mon désaccord par rapport à ce projet il m’a envoyée vers le président de Sion, et celui-ci m’a renvoyée au point de départ. Donc on se tire dans les chaussettes déjà avant la fusion!
Deuxièmement, vous allez nous enlever le bureau communal et le cadastre ce qui n’est pas correct. Nous n’avons rien ici. Il nous reste la poste mais avec un point d’interrogation. Je ne pense pas que la commune de Sion va se battre pour sauver la poste.
Quand aux impôts on paiera moins cher mais on paiera plus de charges. En outre, vous nous obligerez à installer un compteur d’eau, à nos frais, et nous paierons l’eau plus cher.
Quant à la comparaison avec Bramois, je pense qu’elle n’est pas judicieuse. La mentalité de Salins est complètement différente, la structure et la géographie autres. Je pense que la fusion de communes pas homogènes n’est pas une bonne chose même si nous travaillons ensemble dans certains domaines. Pauvres Salinsards, vous rêvez au Nirvana mais vous ne l’aurez pas, l’ours sédunois nous aura très vite engloutis.
